My name is Herb Cabral, and Ocean Wings is my aircraft charter company. I’m a Nantucket native, and I’ve been licensed to fly since 1986. My air charter background includes 15 years flying the busy New York corridor, and a healthy stint flying in Tortola, Nevis/St. Kitts, and Puerto Rico. I started my own air charter flight service almost 20 years ago with one Piper Aztec twin engine aircraft.

Ocean Wings serves many of the largest Fortune 500 corporations and other businesses, as well as private homeowners and nonprofit organizations.

We maintain two operation bases, and we have access to more than 1000 airports. We fly throughout the Caribbean from Tortola in the British Virgin Islands, to San Juan and Aguadilla, in Puerto Rico. We also fly throughout Cape Cod, Martha’s Vineyard and New England from Nantucket and New Bedford, Massachusetts.

Although we’re a well-established aircraft business, I’m proud that we’re still a personalized, intimate operation. We will work very closely with you and your family or staff because we know you have special requirements - and we'll do whatever we can to make sure everything is just the way you like it.

Our aircrew members are well-trained and highly professional, and they strive to give you the very best possible flight experience. We get to know our customers well, and we make sure that all flights are conducted with the security and safety of our passengers in mind.
